All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Massachusetts Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Massachusetts. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. 'By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions'.

All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' will refer to Wild Child. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to all URL's owned by Wild Child.

Any information displayed on our web site or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this internet site. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.  Wild Child does not sell any prohibited goods or services.


Pricing and Print Errors

Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. Prices are correct at time of publication.

Returns Policy

Items purchased on our website are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund online promise. If you change your mind for whatever reason send back the items to us, or bring the items into one of our stores – with the original receipt and packaging and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or immediate refund – no hassles, no questions, for your total peace of mind. (In some cases other guarantees may take precedence. This does not affect your statutory rights). Returns carriage will not be covered by Wild Child.

Items must not have been worn. Returns do not apply to sale items. You must retain your receipt for proof of purchase. Please note all warranty returns must be clean and free from dirt and mud to comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations. Special orders placed for items outside the Wild Child range cannot be returned under the no hassles promise unless faulty.

Shipping

If the order is placed by 1pm and is in stock the items shall be packaged and shipped the same day. If the order is placed after 1pm it will be shipped the following day. For items that are out of stock we will notify you immediately of estimated shipping timeframe.
