All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Massachusetts Law and any dispute between parties will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Massachusetts. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. Your use of this site both to browse and/or purchase shall constitute your agreement with these Terms & Conditions.
All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' will refer to Wild Child. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to all URL's owned by Wild Child.

Any information displayed on our web site or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated as regularly as possible.
Please note that the actual color of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this internet site. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly. Wild Child does not sell any prohibited goods or services.
Pricing and Print Errors
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. Prices are correct at time of publication.
Returns Policy
Please have your original receipt. No returns will be accepted without your receipt unless the purchase was made under your store account. We recommend that all customers request that their purchases be tracked under their account for this reason.
All items must be in original condition, meaning:
- unworn, unwashed clothing and shoes, with tags
- unused gear with NO street wear
- unopened, unused gifts and accessories
- all original packaging and documentation
For items purchased in the store, returns within 30 days will receive store credit or can be exchanged.
For items purchased online, return requests within 14 days from the ship date will receive a full refund in the original tender. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all orders that qualified for free shipping.
If you wish to process a return, please let us know by emailing your order number and name to orders@wildchildgear.com. We handle all returns personally, so do not hesitate to ask questions about exchanges or whether or not your item qualifies for a return.
Wild Child does not cover shipping charges for returned or exchanged merchandise. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the returned merchandise is received and inspected. In some cases, we may ask you to call us with your credit card information for return purposes because we do not keep card information on file.
All undergarments, socks, tights, feeding items, and sale items are final sale. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of special order items out of the box. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns of special order items that we do not normally stock.
Please note: manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer. All repairs or defects are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. We will help you to obtain replacement parts and/or products from the manufacturer and make repairs to the best of our ability.
Items returned with a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Price adjustments may be issued for purchases made two days prior to a special sale. Price adjustments may only occur during the sale period.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
After 30 days no returns will be accepted.

Voucher Policy
In some cases, Wild Child will issue vouchers through third party voucher services such as Groupon, Buy With Me, Yelp and others. Vouchers are a great way for you to get a great discount and you should be on the lookout for deals on our GrouponStore. Vouchers are subject to their own set of terms and conditions, but are always subject to the following:
- Vouchers will not be refunded by Wild Child. If you wish to refund your voucher for any reason, the refund must be processed with the company that issued the voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
- Vouchers are subject to restrictions on certain items and may not be used on temporary markdowns during special, limited-time sales.
- Vouchers may not be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Vouchers will not be accepted after their expiration date under any circumstances.
Shipping
In stock items will usually ship within 24 hours, unless otherwise indicated. For items that are out of stock, we will notify you immediately of estimated shipping timeframe. If your shipping address does not match your billing address, we will hold any shipments to verify the correct address with you via email or telephone.
